My overall experience in this support role is positive. This is a new position that the company just rolled out so there are some initial growing pains. The biggest one being the new commission structure. The role itself is simple on paper, but can be stressful at times.

Lots of great opportunity. Enterprise has massive accounts with lots of revenue. The commissions are strong but could be a higher percentage. New customers love Xometry but often become frustrated with post order issues.
