Former Employee Decent base, good people within the org, but leadership is old school and don't have the best holistic understanding of how a well-oiled revenue engine should run. Most opps were AE sourced in my time there, there was no BDR team or marketing engine to support. Lack of tech stack supporting sales team. All of this ends up in top of funnel and pipeline insufficient to get individual reps to their sales goals.
