Increasing quotas, shrinking territories, shift to being based in your territory, and in-person field/office visits weekly. Not even an actual software company (yet) selling services to property managers (Brokers). Not a bad experience overall, would rate it a solid 6/10

Comp structure does not allow for reps to be compensated A) fairly or B) timely. OTE is a phantom number. Reps did not make their predetermined OTE in 2024. Sales leadership is made up of great people but sub par managers/leaders. Use this job as a stepping stone to your next one to hold you over for 6-12 months as the right role arises.
