Great org when started but as things evolved, leadership lost their way and nepotism became all too evident. Got far too concerned with survival of their roles than the success of the company so many bad decisions were made.

Great SaaS sales trainings. Learned a ton within first year. Really like the AEs and SCs on the team. Leadership, especially in sales, is poor. Company is lacking direction and the competition has caught up to Xactly. Marketing does not provide any value, nor do most of the BDRs. All leads and prospects must be self-sourced.
