my over all experience was decent. The culture was good, My office lacked experienced leadership as well as the product market fit is about as saturated as you can get.

Good overall, I wouldn’t say that 3pl sales is for the faint of heart. Close ratio is low and prospecting is 95% of the role. However the residual is great and if you do it long term you’ll have a very high income.
