Back to ReviewsCurrent Employee The product I sold specifically was ShareGate, which is a very well established and liked brand in the IT space. It has great PMF and has been around forever, so most people love it.
As a result, the leadership team does not incentivize high performance as it doesn't really need to. It has a good base but low ceiling and there are practically no growth opportunities, as they don't have much more room to grow at this time on the direct sales team.
The other product, the Workleap Platform, was a complete dumpster fire until recently, so there might be a growth opportunity on that side. But up until recently, it wasn't selling well at all.
