Lots of company politics. You have to "play the game" to be successful. They also change the org every year, new accounts, new teams, and sometimes even a new job title and compensation structure... with no warning. The upside is that the product is not a difficult sell with Adobe's brand. The Benefits at Adobe are unmatched and they pay pretty fairly. good earning potential

Definitely depends on your team and FLM, but overall good job. The only downside is being at a large company and not having access to specific resources and sales enablement tools in order to do our job most effectively.
