They also change the org every year, new accounts, new teams, and sometimes even a new job title and compensation structure... with no warning. Current Employee3.6Feb 15, 2024Definitely depends on your team and FLM, but overall good job. The only downside is being at a large company and not having access to specific resources and sales enablement tools in order to do our job most effectively.
