Great product, not so great leadership and sales support, hired many didn't really train the new reps and let reps go 6 months into a 12 month sales cycle

WorkJam is both stable and growing. WorkJam serves some of the largest companies in the world. This creates fun challenges, but requires long sales cycles.

My experience at Workjam was positive experience but they weren't adding to making the company a "need to have". The fight was to overcome the "nice to have" option for large enterprise companies.

Great product and I really loved my team and the sales team as a whole. Unfortunately, I was laid off for "lack of pipeline" which was erroneous. I am not sure what the true cause for layoffs were so I cannot give a great rating based on the lack of true communication. I did h
