Great people. Winning culture. Some very cool and likable leaders. Product needs more strategic marketing and a revised approach to be properly positioned and to best align sales team for success. I believe they invested more into product and personnel and will need to transition to aligning marketing with product and innovation advancements for future success.

Great people, fully remote work is nice. Inefficiencies in sales process, dual leadership model between VIP and Automattic is a little weird.

I love the direct manager I report to - they are a serious, competitive, accomplished seller who cultivates those same characteristics in me.
