The company has some very good aspects but also lacks in others. The benefits, culture, and people there are great! Really fun atmosphere and let you be yourself and don't have heavy quotas. However, it's not a sales role and they have no interest in selling and growth is hard to come by. No raises or performance reviews to earn more and they removed variable compensation so you are stuck at what your base compensation. Your best hope is to get in with a high salary but many that have been there a while have complained of low salary and difficulty earning more money or better titles.
