The GTM has been describe as "selling a gym membership" where clients sign up and just keep the auto-renewal. There is no care or plan if the product will actually help the customer and with poor fulfilment and communication it leads to extremely high churn.
Compensation is below average for the industry and OTE is below advertised as quotas were reduced without a comp adjustment, No accelerators or pace bonuses either.
If you want an easy job where you don't have to prospect and spend your days selling a hyper transactional product to unqualified clients its great.
If you are looking to sell solutions and provide value to businesses the culture and sale organization are not going to be a fit.
