Core Software product is solid. But the GTM, Sales Operations, Lead Sourcing, Fulfillment and client support are awful. The GTM has been describe as "selling a gym membership" where clients sign up and just keep the auto-renewal. There is no care or plan if the product will actually help the customer and with poor fulfilment and communication it leads to extremely high churn. Compensation is below average for the industry and OTE is below advertised as quotas were reduced without a comp adjustment, No accelerators or pace bonuses either. If you want an easy job where you don't have to prospect and spend your days selling a hyper transactional product to unqualified clients its great. If you are looking to sell solutions and provide value to businesses the culture and sale organization are not going to be a fit. 2 Sales VP, 2 Consultants, and the CEO taking over sales enablement all in an 8 month window is an indicator of the operational shortcomings and issues with GTM the company is facing,

My experience was horrible . Management was very bad, employees quit or get fired very often. Training very poor and very tough to get questions answered

Terrible company! Its a meat grinder for sales reps, constantly firing AEs and client onboarding staff and hiring new ones to replace them. No career growth opportunities either. And no accelerators.
