Wishpond
Back to ReviewsFormer Employee Wishpond provided limited coaching and development. Our sales manager was fired 1 month into my employment and nobody else was appointed during my tenure. My team size decreased from 12 to 5 members over a three month span. There were a limited a supply of leads, and the leads we did get were unserious buyers, often from 3rd world countries and could not afford the service. The SDR teams were compensated for booking any type of meeting for us, so there was little to no qualification of leads, often times prospects were solicited with inaccurate expectations of our service, without our (AE) knowledge. Leadership implemented three different scripts that had to be followed down to the exact word and cadence, with little to no analytical evidence to support the effectiveness of these scripts (scripts were not required originally and became confusing and detrimental to our ability to sell this service). My sales team was overseen directly by the CEO, which I found extremely odd for a publicly traded company. Day to day operations were messy to say the least. Browse Other Reviews
