Wishpond provided limited coaching and development. Our sales manager was fired 1 month into my employment and nobody else was appointed during my tenure. My team size decreased from 12 to 5 members over a three month span. Core Software product is solid. But the GTM, Sales Operations, Lead Sourcing, Fulfillment and client support are awful. The GTM has been describe as "selling a gym membership" where clients sign up and just keep the auto-renewal.
