Current Employee Windfall has a great product that is unique in the market, and the pay is very good compared to the deal sizes due to how the nonprofit team supports the commercial team (I am on the nonprofit sales team) The biggest issue with Windfall has to do with Red Tape and the ownership that is given to sales reps over selling they way they want to. These issues are all pretty minor in the grand scheme of things. Inbound is decent, there are a few SDRs supporting the team, and there are plenty of leads coming from marketing related events. Sales reps also get quota credit for all upsells despite not having to officially be account managers. Browse Other Reviews
