Within 3 months after I was fired I found out all of our other good sales reps who were hired after me were also gone. Former Employee2.4Jun 4, 2024Success weighs highly on territory. Great commission structure if you do well but a very low base salary and no reimbursement for mileage when you do A LOT of driving. No work life balance either so don't plan on having free time on evenings or Saturdays.
