Back to ReviewsFormer Employee Way too much Kool aid. Very good pay if you can stick around. I was the most tenured rep at our location within 2 months. Within 3 months after I was fired I found out all of our other good sales reps who were hired after me were also gone. High pressure sales and selling an overpriced plastic product to someone who can barely afford it feels icky. Leadership is hot or miss depending on location. I was put on a PIP for not meeting quota, then not given any leads, then fired for not improving against quota (even though my conversion improved dramatically during the PIP they hadn't given enough leads for it to be statistically significant against the rolling 90 days). Long hours didn't bother me because you get some days with minimal/no leads and some 14-16 hr days. Only redeeming attribute was pay; you make 20k base and about $13k/mo on avg conversion and dropoff and accounting for commission hits with 45 leads/mo
