Overall enjoy working here. Team structure between new/existing business is complicated and frustrating in an industry dominated by management companies. Would recommend for early in your sales career!

I believed in the products but the org culture was very dysfunctional and it did not help that most people where there for 10+ years. If you were not part of the in group then it created a lot of challenges for you. Not easy finding a job after this company too because of how the positions are and the industry.

Despite great success in my first year, next year our quotas were doubled, and the commission per deal was cut in half. Being in the top 3 performers for my team even after the quota change didn't offer any job security, but your experience can differ greatly based on your manager.
