Senior Premier Banker - success is branch dependent. Avoid mass market areas. You get walk ins and branch client referrals. No reason to work here. From experience, the bad press Wells Fargo received since 2008 is just the tip of the iceburg. I could tell you stories and may have a few sales meetings still recorded.
