Back to ReviewsFormer Employee What an absolute joke of a company. How they manage to remain intact and operating is beyond my comprehension. My branch was filled with nothing, literally nothing but empty desks that are firm reminders that the best of behind them. My coworkers who had been there for much longer than I had, would tell me it times when the branch was full of bankers and clients with immense opportunity. That is clearly not the case anymore. Wells Fargo is simply a company that refuses to evolve with the changing times in favor of servicing an aging and dying generation. And it will be all too late to make any meaningful changes and correct their course. This is a company that I would avoid at all costs.
