"My overall experience was mixed at best. I had a fabulous working relationship with my Sales Leader. Senior Management of the division was very good as well. Mid-Level management on the other hand was a let down."

Senior Premier Banker - success is branch dependent. Avoid mass market areas. You get walk ins and branch client referrals. No potential for advancement, big ongoing changes in Org, bank is constrained on lending due to fed reserve asset cap. Expect to close few mortgages and next to no commercial lending.
