The product is great but it is extremely expensive. Base pay compensation is very low for SDRs/AEs compared to other industries. Company culture is good and leadership is decent

Company leadership overall is great, but sales leadership is extremely traditional and laggard, and you have to peacock with leadership to survive. Product market fit is in question as it's highly competitive and hardly any AE is close to hitting quota.
