Back to ReviewsFormer Employee Company leadership overall is great, but sales leadership is extremely traditional and laggard, and you have to peacock with leadership to survive. Product market fit is in question as it's highly competitive and hardly any AE is close to hitting quota. No clear path to promotion as inexperienced employees are promoted to obscure roles, and experienced employees are overlooked. Process & Direction changes every quarter. Benefits are great, and incentive structure would also be great if you can find a way to win. If I had to guess, they will be significantly downsizing the sales team in the near future.
