Effort Metrics based variable pay is being denied through making payout tied to hitting quota which very few SDR's are hitting. Quota attainment is largely territory based. Promotion's given out not interviewed for when moving up from SDR role. Usually dispersed to social climbers not necessarily people driving results. Do not recommend this sales org to new or young sales professionals. There is zero training, the product has endless use cases and value props to learn but no one can teach it to you concisely. Managers are not helpful in training, mentoring or any other field managers should be helpful in. Expectations are not clear. You will be guessing at what you should be doing...Read More
