New leadership within last 2 years. Horrible. Pay plan includes "discretion" of leadership to your worth on the deal. Toxic management who decides if someone is "in" or "out". Politics and cockiness within the organizations management team. They are very fortunate to be industry leader. If a true competitor was dialed in they would easily steal their talent and their business as well.

Do not recommend this sales org to new or young sales professionals. There is zero training, the product has endless use cases and value props to learn but no one can teach it to you concisely. Managers are not helpful in training, mentoring or any other field managers should be helpful in. Expectations are not clear. You will be guessing at what you should be doing...Read More
