Hitting quota means heavily discounting deals to customers who don't need additional leads and meetings. Top people have all the good accounts and most others are left with leads/meetings with prospects who are there for a gift card.

Great product market fit, lots of inbound. A lot of customers re-buy and purchase more which is a great sign. The Outbound SDR team needs some work on their playbook - primary issues when I was there were around focusing on the right places. AEs did well to source their own leads to supplement inbound funnel.
