Current Employee My overall experience was not good. The leadership team is completely out of touch. The employee turn over rate is ridiculous and unlike anything I've seen before. There is no job security. The environment is not healthy. Everyone is always waiting for the next bomb to drop, hoping it won't be their turn on the chopping block. I thought cliques were a high school thing but they are very apparent at Veryon. If you aren't part of their clique don't expect to be with the company very long. The company has tanked over the past few years and leadership will throw you under the bus in a second in order to save face with the board. The focus is on saving their own jobs, not the success of the business. Things are not getting better. They just continue to get worse. Veryon is the business equivalent of being in an abusive relationship
