My overall experience has improved over the last 2 years since I moved to a new team/product. Your success at this company is heavily determined on which team/territory you are working. The work-life balance is almost unbeatable: Unlimited PTO, no micromanaging, fully remote.

Great place to start off, great training program, comp was not great when I was there, but from what I have seen recently. they have done more to support talent retention in central sales. Great managers, Great People to work with across SC teams and mainly BDRs. Territories were a bit skewed when I was there. For AE, its VERY dependent on your network partners. If...Read More
