Back to ReviewsFormer Employee I enjoyed my time at Verizon connect, they gave me a lot of time to grow and offered continuous training, some good some bad. Recent changes have affected some reps including raising performance metrics by 25% and rolling people into pips became the norm. Still some great people that work there and the earning potential is good based on what they sell, however falling behind to competitors and taking too long to innovate/differentiate. Hard to compete when you are also typically more expensive.
