Your selling product at a premium price that is a bit outdated. You have a lot of upper leadership that are in a position that they shouldn’t be only because of who they know and these are the same people who are affecting the outcome of everyday processes and when they are not correct they are quick to blame others for their mistakes

My overall experience was pretty good. I was the best at what I did. No real complaints, I left because I felt they were structuring things so that I couldn't make as much money.
