This is an excellent entry sales role. Verizon goes deep into training on selling and focusing on the 6-step sales process. You will meet alot of people who are driven and wanting to develop and also those who are there to just collect a paycheck. Find a store with a good management team, and you will succeed. Team based commission is poor. They change it every quarter making it harder to make more money off team sales.

The overall experience was ok. It was amazing my first year. They offered everything, but then they got new management and we lost opportunities and privileges all around. Went downhill since covid. Lost transparency with customers and employees.
