It was okay but not much room for growth. Honestly the culture there was very toxic and I would recommend it to someone who is looking for experience. But only as an entry level experience

Management gave their friends, relatives, etc the best patches and gave reps with horrible patches a hard time and bullied them for not hitting their numbers.

Pretty good job working as a retail sales rep. You used to be able to make good money if you worked hard.
