Company introduced decelerators in 2022-deducting commission earned off of products for lower product tiers not sold due to customer lack of interest. Completely deteriorated sales culture.

Racist company that places people on a mailing list and refuses to let them opt out. We deliver garbage to their door steps /drive ways / lawns. We never let people opt out. We have a form that “opts out” but don’t even check it. We hate the environment.

It was an overall good experience. My role allowed me access to many parts of the organization. The frustrations came when I would bring large, non traditional opportunities to the table and the company could not be flexible or creative enough to allow me to close them.
