It isn't 50% inbound 50% buying account it is 90% you source your own business 10% marketing. The buying accounts they give you unless there's a recent departure are burned accounts. They will also lie to you about compensation and promotions. There's been cases where taking a promotion means you make less money and their logic is it cost less to maintain a rep in canada so we won't give you comparable raise in the U.S. Training is good so if you want into the automation business. Bite the bullet, be here for a year-2 then leave with that experience to a job that will most likely give you 40-50% base uptick with higher commission rates and less stress.
