No real options for growth in Australia as a technical resource once you are in an SE role. All the product, R&D, alliance SE roles are in the US. This is just a result of being a US company.

Leadership this year in 2023 is absolutely abysmal. Entirely new C-suite put in place by the investment firm that owns us, new CEO and CRO from Microsoft making changes as if they were still at Microsoft and it's killing Veeam business.
