Former Employee2.4Feb 2, 2024Not the same as it used to be, driving towards IPO with now a legacy product
Current Employee3.3Oct 18, 2024Overall experience is a bit of a mixed bag. The product is solid and is considered a market leader. This biggest issue would be the micro managing style from direct managers to the upper management. There seems to be a disconnect between upper management and their decisions as a company and individual contributors and their direct managers.

Current Employee3.3May 2, 2024In 2024 Veeam is moving from a subscription software only business to selling saas/ backup-aaS. The changes are a bit half baked and the product has a long way to go before it’s properly competitive. Massive increase in target, 50% growth on 20% of the territory after the split.
