This biggest issue would be the micro managing style from direct managers to the upper management. There seems to be a disconnect between upper management and their decisions as a company and individual contributors and their direct managers.

Current Employee3.6Sep 27, 2023Veeam overall is a good company to work at, and we sell a wonderful product. Over the past 2 years or so, the company culture has taken a dive and overall all of the reps have been making less money. Hopefully this is a temporary set back, and Veeam will go back to prioritizing their employees.
