I enjoyed working at VaxCare. The compensation was poor however compared to most sales jobs. It is a hunter role, and while compensation is uncapped, the way it is structured really only allows someone to make about 30% of their base salary in commissions. I would have stayed longer but the compensation didn’t keep up with cost of living.

Very good experience. There is a lack of communication and/or professional development, but this seems to be improving. There still is quite a lot of account management that is required after a partner goes live which you are not compensated for.
