TDR leadership can and will revoke your promotion or job change within the organization up to your first day in that new role. Seen it plenty of times where TDR leaders pulled someone who already had an offer and start date for an account manager promotion claiming "need for more experience"... despite the TDR passing the interview with the hiring manager & director....Read More
