Back to ReviewsCurrent Employee I have enjoyed the pathway up to sales executive, but there's not a lot of room up from there. The culture is fantastic, as long as you get a good regional sales director. The pay is pretty good, and they've settled on a good incentive pay structure. Upper leadership is always trying something new. While I love the agility, it means that change is inevitable and with our long sales cycle, sometimes their views on whether to discount/not discount can make you look stupid to clients. Overall, a good place to work if you get a good RSD.
