My overall experience was there is opportunity to earn competitive commission income, but there is not a lot of opportunity for career advancement within the company. In four years of being a top sales executive, I only received a raise one time. There are also constant company changes with mergers and acquisitions which can be disruptive to workflow and earning potential at times.

I would recommend staying away. 5 Layoffs in 2 years, there is no job security.

This company has numerous internal challenges. The ‘leadership’ is nothing but cheerleaders who offer zero coaching or development rather they cheer and constantly ask for more.
