Overall, my experience at VMware was fantastic. Like any job a manager can make or break your feeling towards a company. My BDR Manager was unprofessional and not a leader. Our CloudHealth product was great. Those with top territories had an easier time hitting their quota, and those with less desirable states had a tougher time.
