Great leadership on both the sales and product sides of things. Main challenges were related to internal operational issues. On the customer facing side value selling was essential since we would typically be a higher cost to competition.

VMware was a great place to work pre-Broadcom. Now with new management everyone is on a team number/compensation plan. Very few are hitting the targets being set (on guarantee so everyone still getting paid). Very upset customers with price hikes and concerning rhetoric when it comes to leadership.
