Back to ReviewsCurrent Employee Executive Leadership has never scaled before and seems to be struggling. Especially in the area of micromanaging sales leaders, to the point that multiple great leaders have quit. Not nearly as many hitting quota - used to be 80-90%. Now 40-50%.
The CXOs have trouble delegating and this is hurting the organization. They tend to be technical and specific, rather than big picture.
Also, commissions not consistently paid on time. A few folks had to fight to keep comp plan terms the same.
Pricing & packaging is confusing - to both reps and customers. Need to work to clarify differentiators.
With early stage start ups, there's always some chaos and early stumbles. How they move forward from these will be crucial. Browse Other Reviews
