This RepVue Score seems pretty telling - plus the news of UpWork Layoffs across the Enterprise Sales team? What's the inside view? Stay away?

Stay away ! Stay far away !  They go through massive layoffs every ear.  Terrible training and enablement.  And company doesn’t know how to market the product.   The product has a very very small
Niche group.  Seems to only be suitable for massive companies like Google.  Rarely do customers renew.  Also there is a clear miscommunication between company and the talent.  Company says have reliable talent willing to work with you no matter project. Talent says other wise and doesn’t want to work with same company .   I can’t stress enough to stay away from this place. It’s definition of sinking ship

You have to stay away as there is literally no sales hiring right now, outside of a VPII of sales. The CSO was fired last week and CEO said she's taking over sales.

Other answer is correct though, stay away in general. Massive layoffs are frequent there and they tend to be last in, first out. Last week's layoffs included people in their third week with the company. I had been there 7 months, every sales person in my class, whether on Land or Expand side, also laid off. The only long-term people let go were a couple of very low performing sales reps, and a couple of sales managers.

The company's stock is lower than it was when CEO took over on 1/1/20, despite revenue more than doubling. So Wall Street doesn't believe in this company either. Every C-Level exec has churned in the last 12 months besides CEO & Chief Legal Officer. This includes the CTO, CPO(CHRO), CFO & CSO all being let go in 2023. At some point, the CEO needs to look in the mirror and say "It's me, hi, I'm the problem it's me." Unlikely though.

Stay away, stay far far away.  At least until the dust settles.  They just asked our Chief of Sales to step down and laid off some pretty high performers.  Hoping the influx of a new CFO, CHRO might change the outlook.

Quarterly layoffs, the account management & marketing teams always hit the hardest. Yesterday's layoffs were the second this calendar year, like clockwork they always happen on quarterly earnings report day.
