Company has changed a lot since merger - c-suite has changed a lot including new CEO, CRO, CCO.

The company was going through some growing pains - merging several products and rebranding. Very few leads from the inside sales group. Once the product evolution is more mature and marketing has a chance to leverage that, the sales environment should be more healthy.
