My overall experience with Uniti Fiber was okay. On a grading scale, I would rate Uniti “D”. This is a small company that treats employees fair and is hands on. The culture is down to earth and friendly. They involve you in the process step by step of your deal (installation, trouble tickets, etc) When it comes to prospecting or gaining new business, it is no marketing whatsoever. No incoming leads, it is truly all of you. You are responsible for marketing and differentiating yourself from the competitors. Lack of direction/guidance on how to be successful in the role. All of the successful reps at this company, are successful from bringing customers from previous jobs over. No growth opportunities within the company. Pay is not competitive with market rate. Price for services are not competitive and can easily be beaten by competitors.
