Unishippers is a franchise model so every owner can make it totally different. My owner is the best manager and owner I have ever worked for! The thing that is lacking is inbound leads very heavy in outbound both in person and over phone.

Great baseline sales role that provides hard skills for future roles. The people are great, the remote life is great and overall a great starting point for an entry level or younger Rep.

The role was less than what was promised. Constant turnover within the company. Creating call lists with no CRM system leads to unorganized chaos. Keep in mind, that this is a franchise-based company, meaning that all franchises are run differently. The only positive is the sales training and experience. Place is a sweat shop. Be prepared to work 60-85 hours a week minimum. Average person quits or is fired within 6 months. If you are looking for a job, be patient. There are much better jobs out there.
