The role was less than what was promised. Constant turnover within the company. Creating call lists with no CRM system leads to unorganized chaos. Keep in mind, that this is a franchise-based company, meaning that all franchises are run differently. The only positive is the sales training and experience. You're constantly wearing many different hats in this role, balancing a call list and cold call opportunities, which is not a bad resume builder.

Great baseline sales role that provides hard skills for future roles. The people are great, the remote life is great and overall a great starting point for an entry level or younger Rep.
