My overall experience was that leadership was not well equipped to lead this organization. No one was closing deals and I would not recommend this organization.

My experience was so so. I enjoyed working here, but incredibly challenging to close business. Uniphore will likely continue to struggle against CCaaS & UCaaS providers that offer the same AI based solutions that they do.
